Ms. Regina introduced us to New York City. She taught us the A, B, Cs of how ride the train. We purchased a Metro Card and took the train to Manhattan to find The Ailey School. We explored the Columbus Circle area and window shopped at ALL the souvenir shops in the area. Late in the afternoon we went to Central Park. Ms. Regina and I swung on the swing set together. I climbed to the top of a huge rock and played in the fountains. We also watched the sun set and a film crew work.
The next day, my mom and I commuted to Ailey by ourselves. We found it!!! We went shopping in Herald’s Square and watched the Macy’s Great American Grilling Guru.
